Veigar Buffs? More like nerfs.

First of all his frking stun takes 2 seconds and leaves an outline so your enemies are gonna be like"oh he's tryng to stun me moves 1 inch away too bad, And if you dont hit your stun good luck using your whole burst on the enemy.This is what happened to me,I miss my stun miss my baleful, missed by dark matter, and since the opponent is an adc my ult doesnt work to its full potential so i basicaly die... Riot just remove that stun thing or lwer it to 1 second and remove that outline like srsly

Veigar's E having no delay was fucking obnoxious. Whenever I would go mid-lane as Veigar, I always thought it was cheating that your opponent would never avoid it unless you misplaced it.

I'm surprised to see 5 votes for "it's a buff". I can only assume they're ironic.

Indeed, the consensus for the past several days has been that not only are these not "buffs", but they're absolutely brutal nerfs.

I wouldn't mind seeing the "edge-stun" mechanic replaced with a more cage-like E. But they didn't give it anything new: they just made it always miss. The only way someone gets stunned now is (1) they were already stunned and you placed the stun on top of them (2) they for some reason choose to run directly into the stun.

its a big nerf! cuz they want more gayplay jumping over all the map............ first the mega random lag now nerf a funny no op champ, whats next? HEY RITO IM LeeSin , please balance Blitzcrank q ... he always grab my ass and thats too op please put a delay and a big red line like lux ult so i can gay-evade it like the pro champ im........this is more a flea circus than a battle or do a jumping game instead of destroy this......
