Dia De Los Muertos Jinx

I was browsing the forum and came across Riot Penguin's thread. In there he has an Undead Jinx skin. http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/EpAuNI06-riotpenguins-fan-art-for-fans (see below).

I feel like that would be good, but what would fi her insane and bubbly personality better would be a Dia de Los Muertos Skin. She would be garbed in a Jinx style Mexicana dress with the face paint and flowers. Pow-Pow and Fishbones would be painted accordingly. For her skills her Zap! would be a line of sould shooting out towards the target, Her flame chompers would be Sugar Skulls and Super Mega Death Rocket! would also be painted in traditional colors. When it blows up it would be in the fesetive colors of the festival with sugar skull "mushroom clouds."
