Rikk'ven , The Inferno Patriarch
Lore: "My boy Rikk, you must stop playing with the fire, you might get burned!" his mother always instructed. Rikk'ven had always been fond of the flame, but his parents had always disapproved. Little did they know, that he would go into the woods, toying with a small flame ever-burning with bright embers he had never seen in his stove fires. Sometimes it would dance the woods, playing a game of chase with him. Other times, it would tell him unbelievable stories of the past that this unnamed flame had come across. Little did Rikk'ven know, his fiery friend was powering him for selfish reasons. Rikk began building a resistance to the heat in his home, noticing he could keep his hands in for longer and longer each day. Eventually, he touched the red hot logs without even an uncomfortable sensation.
One day, he went into the woods to play with the spark, when the little imp wanted to play a different game. "Come with me, Rikky, I have something to show you!" He ran towards the town bouncing and giggling as he went along. "Watch me!" The demon began shooting balls of flame onto homes among the village. Rikk'ven at first thought it was a beautiful sight to see, but then began staring in horror as he realized the devil was not putting them out. "Stop it! You are hurting them!" He shouted. The being turned at him with an evil grin. "I'm just getting warmed up!" Suddenly, the little imp transformed into a gigantic entity of pure evil. "You have given me your energy slowly over time without realizing it! Now I will do what I came to this accursed planet to do! First your puny town, then all of Demacia will be under my rule!" The young boy became angry, he needed to stop this creature. He sprinted to his home as fast as his legs could carry him, but he was too late. His mother was lying on the ground in his home. He did not realized he had new found strength as well as his flame resistance. He carried her limp body out of the hut to a safe area. Rikk remembered, his father had a sword. He rushed back into the house to obtain it. Reaching into the melting case, he grabbed a blade that had become a bright blue from how scorching the temperature was around it. As Rikk approached the demon, he held the sword as his father had shown him, charging the gargantuan monster with as much strength as he could muster. With one extreme swing of his blade, Rikk'ven had already cut the demon to come tumbling to the ground. As if it were instinct, he immediately ran toward the beast's head and pierced it through the crest between its eyes. It howled with horror as its soul was sucked into the magical blade, banishing it from existence.
After Rikk'ven had finished burying his own mother, a man of tall stature approached him. "This demon was not here of it's own will." The man spoke to him. "There is a man who summoned him from an evil city called Noxus. Come with me, and I will train you to better use that blade to stop him from destroying any more cities like this." Rikk'ven looked up at the man's intimidating stature and nodded.
After years of training, Rikk'ven had finally perfected his talents, fighting countless foes and learning great arts from dragon slayers, demon hunters, and many other powerful allies he met along the way. The Summoners saw this skill, and promised him they would reveal the man who summoned the demon over his town if he served his time in the League of Legends until they discovered the dark sorcerer. He decided to join, as their magic and ability to find a powerful entity was far greater than his own.

ABILITIES
Passive: On hit, Rikk'ven's attacks will generate a scorch charge on himself. If Rikk'ven has 3 scorch charges, his next basic attack will silence the enemy hit for .5/1/1.5 seconds and deal a bonus (10% AP)+(10% AD) physical damage. This cannot be applied to the same enemy more than once every 10 seconds.
Q : Dragon's Bane: Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 Mana Rikk'ven imbues his blade with his soul. Rikk'ven's next basic attack will deal 10%/20%/30%/40%/50% bonus true damage on hit.
W: Flame Twister: Cooldown 20/18/17.5/15/12 Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 Mana Rikk'ven summons an incinerating twister of flames, dealing 20/35/50/65/80 + (20% AP) Magic damage per second and slows champions for 15%/20%/25%/30%/35% to all enemies in the radius of the tornado for 2 seconds.
E: Rending Dash Cooldown 12 Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 Mana Passive: Every 10 seconds Rikk'ven counters one basic attack dealing 50% of damage countered. Active: Rikk'ven spins his blade dealing 20/40/60/80/100 (+50% AD)(+25% AP) physical damage to all enemies around him. Afterward he dashes into direction of mouse cursor. If he hits an enemy, he gains 10/15/20/25/30 armor and 10%/20%/30% (movement speed increases ever other level) movement speed.
R: Titanic Burst: Cooldown 120/100/80 Cost 100/150/150 Mana Passive: After gaining a point into Titanic Burst, Rikk'ven's body becomes like the sun and will deal 10/20/30 true damage to all enemies nearby. This is inactive if Titanic Burst is on cooldown. Active: Rikk'ven enters his Titanic form. His body becomes engulfed in uncontrollable flames, dealing double Titanic Burst's passive damage to all nearby enemies for 8 seconds. He gains an additional 25/50/70 attack damage, ability power, movement speed, magic resist, and armor during the duration.
Champion Select: "Everything was born from fire, I shall return it to ash."
