Rethinking of bringing back Well?

So, i saw this Video from a youtuber named Jeremy, this made me want to ask if Riot will ever come back to this canceled champion and bring him back, you didn't have the technology then but now you do, and i think a champion that uses actual water besides Nami would be very wanted right now. So will You guys think about it?
