Add a "Favorite Champions" tab in champ select.

I would like to see a feature where I can just star the champions that I play the most (more than others) as "Favorite Champions" and have them show up in a special tab whilst in champ select, like one tab show all the champs i own, and then the other shows all the champs i prefer to play. and what would make it even cooler is if you could organize them by role..
