Shen Q is not hitting people like it is supposed to.
Just played shen, and my q went straight through the fiora instead of smacking her like it is meant to.

That is because we were all mislead to believe that it was supposed to do damage when it passed through champions, and to be honest Shen might be worth playing if that were the case (Probably not since no once can land it), but instead it only buffs your auto attack by damaging them by 2% more of their max health which is pretty insignificant in terms of dueling or assassinating people.
His rework was a major nerf in terms of damage and utility. Sure he has a cool new W but 1.7 seconds of dodge cant replace that amazing HP scaling passive that he had nor the % health regen that he had. And as before mentioning his Q is just a gimmick especially since its impossible to land on any competent opponent.
