Lore: There are three commonly known types of Shamans, who each venerate a trio of sibling gods. The first, Conjuration Shamans, venerate Thundera, the goddess of the heavens. Conjuration Shamans draw from Thundera's immense pool of magic, to blast their foes out of their way. The second, Enhancer Shamans, venerate the once human, Terro, the god of the land. Enhancer Shamans are naturally gifted fighters, who can tap into his power to sacrifice their own life force for victory in combat. And third, the Restoration Shamans, who are the polar opposite of Enhancer Shamans. They are not fighters, and venerate Echo, the goddess of the ocean. Restoration Shamans can tap into Echo's restorative powers to heal themselves or others.

Vessel was a Shaman without any specialization. He was born into a family of a mother Enhancer Shaman, a father Restoration Shaman, and an older son Conjuration Shaman, with Vessel inheriting none of their powers. After testing, he was found to have no connection with the gods, and could not tap into their magic. It wasn't until he was 12, was when he and his older brother were out hunting. Despite not being an Enhancer Shaman, Vessel could still use a sword, albeit he wasn't very strong. As a massive cave bear emerged and nearly killed his brother. Vessel fought the bear, and scratched the beast. Then, the bear snapped it's mighty jaws onto the blade, snapping it in half. Vessel then felt odd, he felt a power surging through him, as he lifted the bear and tossed it back into the cave. He kneeled over his brother, as restorative magic flowed from his fingertips into his brother, cleansing him of his wounds. Then, the bear emerged from the cave once more, with cuts and bruises. As it charged forward, Vessel fired a bolt of lightning, finally killing the beast.

Vessel was able to tap into the power of all three gods. His mother and brother eventually died in battle, while his father was dying due to his age. As a parting gift before his end, his father gifted Vessel a book, titled Oblivion. Vessel found that there was a fourth sibling, who was sealed away after creating the very concept of death. His name, was Reo. Vessel could not tap into the powers of Reo, whose powers were wrote to being able to cast an instant death, at a price.

Passive: Affinity: Each time Vessel ranks up his ultimate, he gains a stack of Specialization, which he can use to upgrade his abilities. If any of his abilities reach 3 stacks, Vessel gains the effect Maximum Affinity, causing the ability upgraded three times to be boosted further.

Q: Heaven's Wrath; Thundera: Vessel summons a storm cloud that orbits him for 6 seconds. Every second, it fires a lightning bolt, dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (+70% AP) magic damage to a random target, prioritizing champions. Enemy champions cannot be hit again by the storm cloud every 2 seconds.

1 stack of Specialization: The storm cloud fires every 0.75 seconds, and the range of the lightning bolt is increased.

2 stacks of Specialization: The storm cloud slows enemies hit by 30% for 1 second.

3 stacks of Specialization: The duration of the storm cloud is now 10 seconds.

Maximum Affinity: Power Bolt: Every 3rd lightning bolt will deal 75% bonus damage.

W: Earth's Wrath; Terro: Vessel tosses his one handed blade for a two handed great sword, for 7 seconds, or until he recasts this ability. This disables the use of his other abilities for the time being, but increases his damage by 30/40/50/60/70% through basic attacks.

1 stack of Specialization: The great sword lasts for 10 seconds or until he recasts the ability.

2 stacks of Specialization: Vessel's movement speed during this time is also increased by 20/30/40/50/60%.

3 stacks of Specialization: Vessel takes 10/15/20/25/30% less damage for the duration.

Maximum Affinity: Third Hand: Vessel can cast his other abilities during this time, as he can channel the magic through the sword, but the damage they deal is reduced by 20%.

E: Ocean's Wrath; Echo: Vessel fires a blast of water in a line, dealing 30/40/50/60/70 (+20% AP) magic damage to enemy champions hit, slowing them by 50/60/70/80/90% for 2 seconds. If it hits an allied champion, it heals them for 60/80/100/120/140 (+60% AP) and increases their movement speed by 10/20/30/40/50% for 3 seconds. Hitting a valid target will increase the speed and length of the ability infinitely.

1 stack of Specialization: The range is increased.

2 stacks of Specialization: This ability now affects minions and neutral monsters.

3 stacks of Specialization: Anybody hit by the ability, whether friend or foe, leaves a water trail for 5 seconds. While allies walk on it, they gain 20% bonus movement speed, and enemies are slowed by 20%.

Maximum Affinity: Self Application: Ocean's Wrath; Echo now applies to Vessel, affecting him for 125% of the actual value. Because he is affected, the speed and range are also automatically increased.

R: Oblivion's Wrath; Reo: Vessel sacrifices 30/50/70% of his current health, and deals half the health he reduced to a target enemy champion as physical damage. This damage is capped at 300/600/1200.

1 stack of Specialization: Storm Oblivion: The range of this ability is increased.

2 stacks of Specialization: Earth Oblivion: The damage is separated and increased, dealing 55% of the damage as magic, and 55% of the damage as physical.

3 stacks of Specialization: Ocean Oblivion: Any leftover damage past the cap is taken, doubled, and heals Vessel, causing him to waste no health to deal damage.

Maximum Affinity: Ultimate Oblivion: The cap is increased to 600/1200/2400.

This is pretty badly designed. This isn't a martyr style champion, so why does he try to act like one?
