So... watchers

If there were to be a watcher champion in the game, imagine all the different designs Riot can go with, watchers can be animal-like, deity like, almost anything with the iconic blue runic eye. Since we don't know much about their abilities, since they are currently frozen in ice, Riot has an infinitely widespread of ideas they can use for a watcher champion.
