Ezreal Ultimate skin is bad now

i have nearly ever skin on ez but Debonair and Explorer and with the texture update in 4.20 his Normal skins look 2 times better then his Ultimate skin now plz riot update it. I think came out over 2 year ago so it around alot of other skin that are getting updated
