Pulsefire Ezreal Need to be updated

I have not seen someone use pulsefire ezreal in months and I own the skin and I don't even use it the skin is just so bad compare to the new skins and the updated ezreal skins. Only skin i ever see used is frost ezreal. Pulsefire is just so chunky it does not seem as smooth as the others ezreal skins and compare to the new sona skin and udyr skin ezreal ultimate skin look like shit compare to those ultimate skins.
