East coast ping so sad riot

This is getting out of hand and very sad that riot does not care about there east coast players. In season 2 i had 70 ping now my normal ping is 120 and climbing ik no pro players live in the east coast and most of riots employees live in the west coast with all the other pros but that does not mean u can let east coast players suffer or have to go play on LAN. So i went to riot games support and asked them if they can help me lower my ping well they gave me a long list of things to try so i tryed some and now my ping is stuck and 122 thanks alot riot so i went and made a lan account to see if it was my internet or was it riot server let just say it the server on na i have 122 pin on LAN i have 32 ping i would not mine playing on LAN but sadly I don't know spanish. I should not have to go play on a server where i can not understand anyone just to have low ping only if riot cared about it East Coast players
