Does that mean that the legendary skin Project Master Yi won't get a release sale to 1350 rp? please reply.-
Legendary skins don't get sales upon release. The only skins I have ever seen on sale at release are 1350 (sold at 975 for the first few days) and the Ultimate skins (which have varied in percentage discounts for the first week or so).
This is actually one of the first times where 1350 skins aren't on sale for their first week, but they're trying some new sales pitch so you get a special splash border with a full priced skin purchase on any Project skin.
