Me thinks that's what it is. Just played planky last match (despite the lag, hint hint Rito) and his awesome laugh is still audible over the zone.

i guess that's what happened . it wasn't me playing Gang Plank it was my friend but we were in the same match. he shot his Ultimate at the edge of my screen ( like, the edge of the circle is at the edge of my screen), normally i should hear the laugh but with lower sound . and when i target the zone i hear it clearly . but no, i couldn't hear the laugh when the ultimate was shot at the edge of my screen and 1 second after the ultimate was cost i targeted the zone and i couldn't hear the laugh too.

Make it a global laugh :D
