[Champion Concept]- Akiz Sucol, the Virulent Plague

Play-style- Akiz Sucol is an AD caster that works on dealing DOT damage with his multiple types of infections and massive team fight confusion with his Ultimate. The kit is very overloaded, so bear with me on this.

ABILITIES (P)- Plague Carrier Cooldown: 180 seconds On the first basic attack he lands on an enemy champion, Akiz Sucol gives that enemy an eternal virus. When Akiz is within 700 units of the infected, their armor is reduced by 5%. The virus will be consumed if hit with Virus(R) and can be applied again on the same champion after 20 seconds. All enemies effected are given the debuff titled "Plague" until used up.

(Q)- Hive Mind Cooldown: (12/10/8/6/4){cooldown starts after the second effect ends} Mana: (30) Range: 800 units (AOE slow and poison effect. like a Cassiopeia miasma and Brand W) First Cast- Akiz Sucol opens up his chest and lays down a field of toxins and virus carrying insects that slows all enemies inside of it by 45% for 4 seconds. All enemy minions within this zone will momentarily attack the closest enemy champion for 2 seconds. If no Champions are present, then the infected minions will attack their own allied minions for 4 seconds. Second Cast- The field expands by 35% and explodes, infecting all targets for (40/80/120/160/200) + (80% AD) in physical damage over the course of 4 seconds. Applies a debuff called "Mind" for 10 seconds that allows extra damage on Virus (R). Minions will not be infected upon second activation

(W)- Optical Decomposition Cooldown: (12) Mana: (30/45/60/75/90) Range: 300 (targetable) Akiz's next basic attack has an extended range and will infect the enemy champion hit with a blinding virus for 1.75 seconds. This attack deals a bonus (15/30/45/60/75) flat physical damage. The infected champion will gain a debuff labeled "Optics" for 10 seconds that can be triggered with Virus (R)

(E)- Nerve Damage Cooldown: (14) Mana (75/85/95/105/115) Range: 1300 (targetable) Akiz latches himself to an enemy champion, going untargetable for 2 seconds as he injects a nerve damaging virus. Akiz will detach himself after two seconds where he can be targetable again. The enemy hit with the virus will be slowed by 25% for 3 seconds and is hit for (24/36/48/60/72) +(100% AD) in physical damage for 4 seconds. All healing is reduced and if another enemy champion attempts to heal heal using an ability (not the summoner spell) they are also infected and given the same treatment All champions effected are give the "Nerve" debuff.

Debuffs from Akiz Sucol's abilites will not stack on each other, but the passive and another activated ability will stack and work at the same time on the ultimate. The ultimate will always favor the first ability debuff (non-passive) given to an enemy. When the ultimate is dropped, Akiz can spread the plague of a different ability to another enemy, even though they may not have the debuff, but that will only happen if they are in range of another carrier.

(R)- Virus Cooldown: (100/80/60) Mana: (100/125/150) Range: 1590 (instant cast circle With no debuffs- Akiz's body breaks down and attacks all enemies within range, dealing 25.5% + (1% AD missing Health) as physical damage over the course of 10 seconds ~Plague- Damage is increased to 30% + (3% AD missing health) as physical damage over 12 seconds. Range: Ult Range ~Mind- All enemy minions effected will blow up instantly, taking out enemy and ally minions with each explosion. Enemy champions within the cast range of Virus (R) will be stunned for 1 second and dealt an instant (50/150/250) + (10% AD) in magic damage as well as the damage dealt if the target had no debuffs. Range: Ult range ~Optics- Targets infected with Optics will lose the ability to connect auto attacks for 1.5 seconds and spread the disease to minions and monsters as well as other enemy champions. Only the initial targets will take damage as if there were no debuffs obtained to begin with. Range: 300 ~Nerve- All enemies currently infected with Nerve Damge (E) will be hit for (100/200/300) true damage and pass the disease on to another who doesn't have it. That enemy will also take the same amount of damage. No targets will take missing health damage. Range: 500

Effects will stack.
