Possible Skin: Kingpin Urgot? (See picture to understand)

I was looking at Jinx's page to see if I could come up with any cool ideas for a skin for her. Once I looked at the Mafia Jinx splash art and was looking around at the other champions that are referenced with Mafia skins, I noticed a large shadow in the background standing to the right of Mafia Miss Fortune. I compared the mysterious to silhouette to the only champion I could think of that could fit the shape and sure enough Urgot looked exactly like it (you can see the blade on his right arm and gun on his left pretty clearly, also his body is pretty much a dead give away). So, I got to thinking of a Mafia themed skin for Urgot as for why he is even in the picture. When I think of fat Mafia guys, I think of stereotypical Mafia Kingpins. Urgot's look also fits the bill of one of those Kingpins, big, fat, strong, bald. Anyone else think Riot may be planning something?

Yeah, it's the Butcher Urgot skin. The only thing Mafia Jinx's splash makes me wonder about is why Twitch has basically the same outfit as MF but is called Gangster Twitch and not Mafia. Riot has a bad habit of making skins that could easily be added to a pre-existing series but giving them a different name (See: Bioforge Darius-Augmented Singed, Gangster Twitch-Mafia, Mecha Kha'Zix which should really have been part of Battlecast like every other void creature).

k well im sorry for the misunderstanding. I did some research myself aswell, and you are right, no, the urgot skin is not related to the mafia/gangster set, but it is in fact the skin in the splash.
