Pre Ordering options for new champions/skins?

okay so…. i get a lil impatient when i buy rp and whenever it sits in my account i get bored and end up spending it before i can save for a new champion/ skin :s (I'm impatient and terrible with saving sorry ;n;) so i have a request…. what if you allowed us to pre-order them? Say a champion is revealed and we dont know when they will be released we could just pre order them and get them apon release which would fix all the laggy store issues whenever a champion is released (i think… I'm probably wrong), skins too

i like the concept but this cannot happen and here is why.

the champion can and will change between teaser/trailer/videos and release date. this means many features you may have been interested in get changed. causing a lot of problems for anyone who pre-ordered the champion based on teaser info.
it would lock people into those champions, that they may reconsider after viewing the updates or just realizing they weren't as interested as they thought but instead got caught up in the heat of the moment.
this would cause so many problems for riot not just to set up but to control the uproar as people change their minds or accidently use this system or simply find it annyoing for whatever reason.
by far the biggest problem with this is for ex: Ao Shin this champion was supposed to be released in mid 2014 there were some hints to him and at some points very strong teaser pages. this champion has been delayed do to constant issues till 2015 and maybe even later if you predetermined to get a champion who may end up getting strong delays for whatever reason pay for it but never get it imagine how furious people would get over that?
