An Idea I thought of

Ok, so I got a beautiful idea, and I know that ekko just came out, but I've been thinking about this champion idea for a while now. See, we've all seen the item "Blade of the Ruined King" right? And we all know that there is a mysterious ruler of the Shadow Isles, right? Well why not make him and introduce him into the game! My reasons are simple, We've got Swain, the ruler, (or the guy pulling the strings) of noxus. We've got Jarvan the Fourth, the ruler, of Demacia. We should add in the ruler of the shadow isles as well! Freljord doesn't really count since there's the whole Sejuani Ashe and Lissandra dealio.
