Champion concept : Lyra (V2.0)
Soooo around 2 or 3 months ago, I came up with a champion concept that I felt like would be kinda fun but I did overloaded her and made her a bit too powerful (and clunky). So I tried to make her a lil bit less overloaded/powerful, but she was still as clunky as before. Since her passive was for something in her clunkiness and her ultimate too, i got rid of the passive and changed a bit how her ultimate works

Btw I still have no good story for her lore, I mean I kinda imagined one but it's not something amazing and I'm too lazy to write it today anyway Buuuut I didn't wanted to make her a dark champ or someone with a really sad story because this is pretty much lol champs in a nutshell actually like they're all orphans or people with dark secrets To still make a brief summary, still she is a middle-age (like 30/35) woman that inherited a really chaotic and unstable magic, dangerous for others but before all towards herself, so she came in the League to learn how to control her magic (a lil late because she didn't found out about her magic earlier, that is something i'll explain in her lore if I ever make it)
Oh btw maybe i'll totally change of direction with her lore since it's a bit too much like taliyah
And I think she is a control mage and she is kinda between taliyah, anivia, cassio, camille and caitlyn (not that Caitlyn and camille are a control mages of course)
Stats :
> Damage : 53.2 + 2.6/lvl HP : 425 + 83/lvl Mana : 290 + 60/lvl MS : 335 Armor : 19 + 3.8/lvl MR : 30 HP regen : 7 + 0.75/lvl Mana regen : 7 + 0.8/lvl
Abilities :
> Passive : Every 30/26/22/18s (lvl 1-6-11-16), Lyra copies the last basic ability she casted and recast it one second later, in the same directionand at the same range (i mean by that that she can reposition to cast it somewhere else than where she casted her original spell). The copy has the same effect as the original spell but does not apply cc to the champion that have already been hit by the original spell This passive recharges 1/1.5/2/2.5s faster each time Lyra hits an ennemy champion with an ability
This might synergyze really well with her ult since her ult can deal damage every 0.5s or so, and she needs to be able to keep her ennemies in her ult thanks to her Q and her W (and need to be able to move freely in it even if there's some w walls with her E) so I thought this was a good idea (and on top of that i fits with her chaotic nature)

You might actually ask yourself why making her q a 100% slow instead of a root Well actually you can flash/dash/blink being slow, but you can't when you're rooted. And since with her W, you have a CC-rotation, i didn't wanted her to have that perma-cc feeling when you can't do anything, i mean i wanted her to be fun to play against and champs nowadays don't have any counterplay so i gave her some
> W: Active : Range : 750, Radius : 100/115/130/145/160, Cd : 35/31/27/23/19s, Mana Cost : 60/55/50/45/40 After one second, Lyra makes appear at the targeted location a square rock. If an enemy unit is standing where the rock should appear, the enemy is knocked towards Lyra for 300 units and is briefly stun after (1s duration the whole knock+stun) while suffering for 30/55/80/105/130(+0,25-0,45AP) magic damage and the rock appear normally. If the same unit is again where a rock should appear in the following 4 seconds, the rock then just does not appear. Rocks last for 2/2/2/2/3 seconds and are uncrossable as regular terrain. Lyra stacks up to 4/5/6/7/8 rocks and can place one every 0,4/0,3/0,2/0,1/0s This ability has no cast time
And for the active well i really like walls-like abilities but i also like damage so i wanted both. Since the enemy have 1s to react to it i think it's not too strong.
> E: Range : 750, Skill width : 150, Cd : 3/2,75/2,5/2,25/2s, Mana Cost : 50 Lyra create an explosion under her feets, causing debris to be thrown in a straight line in front of her, dealing 40/75/110/145/180(+0,35AP) magic damage in a small area around the first enemy hit. Lyra also dashes in the opposite direction for 200 units and then slow herself 0,75s for 30% of her movespeed If Lyra cast her E in the next 8s, its mana cost is increased by 50, up to 150
So this is where we start to see that Lyra's magic can be dangerous to herself since if you use this ability badly it's easier for the ennemy to hit you with skillshots. This slow is essential since if it wasn't there, the escape potential given by this spammable ability would be too strong. I see more E as a way to dodge skillshot and harass a bit thx to his cd, but without being able to abuse it early because of its mana cost
Just to warn ya her ult is perhaps hard to understand
> R : Range : 550/650/750, Cd : 160/145/130s, Mana Cost : 100/125/150 Lyra create a path of 3/4/5 slabs aside, each slab mesuring 200 units x 200, that stays for 4/5/6 seconds or untill Lyra leaves the path, and blinks at the center of it. Enemies inside the path are grounded and Lyra benefits from a 40% bonus movespeed When Lyra and her ennemies are on a slab, the slab then turn red for 0.5s and then deals 90/120/150(+0.15AP) to her and her ennemies standing on it. It gives them a stack of vulnerability for 0.75s (stacking indefinitely). For each stack of vulnerability a champion as, the slab will deal 8% more damage (so (90/120/150+0.15AP)*1.08^{number of vulnerability stacks}
So this idea came up thanks to GW2, where there is a fractal where you need to dodge a lot of things (here the activation of the red slabs) and i thought this was really fun to do. But on lol, only dodging it wouldn't be so rewarding, so I added a way to fight back. Cuz if you manage to hard cc Lyra in her ult, it is deadly for her (except if she plays tank but she probably won't) since she got a self-destructive magic that deals damage to her if she stays on the same slab. There is huge counterplay to this, since people can try to escape, to stun/root her, or to avoid being only on the same slab for long, while Lyra's movespeed and her W and E will make possible for her to dodge skillshots (and especially CC skillshots)
