But champs like nidalee are still totally ignored, why ? I mean it's not like Lux buffs were that necessary she's far from weak even she is perhaps not in the best spot but she's kinda fine right ?

Lux is sitting at an average winrate of 46% (EUW having 49% being odd man out). Saying she doesn't need buffs is a complete falsehood.
Of course she carries above 50% winrates in bronze/silver, which makes me remember the board's gameplay section is garbage in general. Regardless the buff will be interesting.
Also why buff Nidalee? Buff champions who weren't horrifically broken due to an inherit kit problem for once.
First, I agree that the Lux buff is unnecessary and confusing, and second, Nid is ignored because whenever she's strong, her toxic kit breaks the game and she becomes the queen of top lane mid lane top lane take 2 the jungle (or whatever role they try to balance her to this time.) She needs another rework, not a buff. Just like Kindred players, you're forgetting what it feels like to play against your champion when they're strong.
To be fair, Lux can't murder you from long range AND melee range like Nid can.

Actually it seems these buffs to Jinx ,Kat and Lux are all April fools jokes, unless Riot says otherwise, they're April fools jokes according to me.
