Champ Concept: Shirayuki, the snow maiden
I'm just gonna come out and say that the name and some power ideas come from the cardfight!! vanguard card called Fantasy Petal Storm Shirayuki, who is a Yuki-onna. So yeah
Lore: The chieftain of all Yuki-Onnas (Snow women) that is affiliated to the Empire. Since she was born from the mixture of the souls of dying dragons and mountain gods, she is a greater demon whose presence is on par with the Nine-tailed Fox and the Tengu.
It is said that the vermillion glow that shines occasionally from her snowfield-like silver hair is the imprint of departed dragon's souls. While she may look like a fragile young girl, this is just an illusion created by her magic. Her original appearance is a very beautiful woman, so beautiful one may mistake her for a goddess. However, one mustn't chase after her, even if she appeared in the mountains. Instead of blood, a cold, freezing demonic aura flows in the veins of her inhuman body. One will get chilled by the freezing cold just by approaching her, and by touching her, one will be frozen to the bone in no time.

Allies: Dragonic overlord (I'll make one for him later), Kagura (same deal)
Enemies: Blaster Blade (make one for him later)
Passive: snowfall. Wherever Shirayuki walks, snow covers the ground, which lasts for 10/150/20 seconds. While walking on the snow, she gains bonus movement speed and a minor buff to ap, while opponenets will be slowed by 10%.
Q: Killer frost(10/9/8 second cooldown). Shirayuki sends out a skillshot that will slow the first target hit by 20/25/30/35/40% and deal magic damage scaling with ap.
W: Arctic gale (12/11/10/9 second cooldown). In a cone in front of Shirayuki, she breathes a cone of chilling air that slows all who stand in it, and stuns them if they remain inside for 1 second.
E: wintry grip (15/14/13/12/10 second cooldown). Select a target, and a link will attach to them. Over the next five seconds, the target will take damage, and at the end will charge a stack of frozen touch on the target. Hitting that unit with killer frost will consume the stack, stunning them, and dealing bonus magic damage scaling with 5/10/15/20/25% of ap. If the target moves a certain distance away from shirayuki, the link will break.
Ult: Cosmetic Snowfall (100/90/80 second cooldown). This is her Generation Stride form. She gains a large boost to her ap passively. Active: she transcends time, achieving the height of her power. All her abilities deal increased magic damage, and her basic attacks slow enemies. This lasts for 15 seconds.
