ok so im really pissed about this, why did they have to nerf the ult hard, she already has a hard enough time in lane, the ult already is easy to stop and she absolutely needs the damage to do well. Her other ablities already lack luster in damage, i do not see the point in reducing the ult damage, might as well increase her other abilities so she is more balanced and has a little easier time in lane. Give me your opinion guys

Honestly i don't mind it, you can still get fed if you know how to play her, but you won't get fed anymore simply because you chose katarina.
the damage nerf is not what annoys me, it's the 50% cd increase It means you cannot trade ultis in lane and then use a window of opportunity where you have yours and they don't it also means you're not getting a very short cd on your ulti after 2 resets, which completely kills her early skirmishing power
