Issues with client

Uhh yes as the title says please fix your client, I keep having MANY issues of even trying to play the game, there are times where I ant even get into a game because the client will crash or just freeze, I have already been warned for going "AFK" and it's very irritating, I have put a lot of effort in this game and I love it, but these problems are getting out of hand, fix it now please
