[Champion concept] Vai'Tis, The Bilgewater's hidden menace
Hi, I'm Sexy Bisex Plant and this Vai'Tis, I hope you'Re going to like him.
I posted an iteration of this kit before and it went completely ignored, so I told myself maybe if I give him a personality, it might lurk more people to actually look through.
DISCLAIMER: I'm not a digital artist and all of the pictures are made by a mouse in GIMP 2, so please don't be harsh on them. xD Also I'm not a native English speaker...

#Appearance
Vai'Tis is a Void creature that mostly acts as a liquid which flows through the space and dimensions. He is able to hide in the mass of objects as they don't really mean any barriers for him. His movement looks like he hovers over the floor, undulating like a snake. Random limbs peek out of his body and hide again after a moment, repelling lightly from the walls he walks around and a floor itself. When idle, lower part of his body merges with a floor or a wall if he stands next to it, still undulating.

< Little Timmy was sitting in the corner of the hut he and his mother were living in. He looked up, still playing with his wooden horse his father cut for him out before he vanished on the sea. His mother was lying on a pallet, sleeping. Or at least that was what she wanted him to think. He knew she was crying, she always did, ever since they were left alone. < They had to muddle through as they could. Only way for them to live well would be if his mother went to sail as her his father did, but it was too risky and Timmy could aswell end up as an orphan, so there was only one option for her left. Sometimes she came home beaten up or with a new scar, but she was alive and Timmy was thankful for that, so he never complained. At least sometimes when she was successful she brought home a few Silver serpents so she could pay the debt she made. < Her shoulders stopped shaking, she finally fell asleep. Timmy carefully stood up and placed the wooden horse on a table. Opened up a chest and searched through the old linen clothes of his father his mother refused to sell even if it meant some spare gold for them, until he found a little leather sack where she stored the stolen coins. He knew she owns them to Bartholomew Toadwood, or how they commonly called him Uncle Barthy, a well known loan shark among the Bilgewater's poor. < Even though Timmy only lived through eight summers, he already became deft enough to be able to slip through the night Bilgewater without being noticed by local drunkards thirsting for a fight. What more, he was even brave - or foolish - enough to practice his agility almost every evening after his mother closed her eyes. He took three Silver serpents with an intention to repay Uncle Barthy some of his mother's debt - just imagining his mother's relief when he surprises her with what he's done for her filled him joy.
< He slowly opened the mouldering door of their hut and slipped to the night. After few minutes of hiding behind the corners and empty barrels and crates standing next to almost every building he suspiciously shriveled his forehead as he didn't meet any person at all. He straightened up and stood up in the middle of the pier he was moving across. The night was strangely silent. < As Timmy was waking and wondering in his thoughts, he almost stained his trousers as a shadow of person peeked from behind the corner ahead of him. He immidiately pressed himself to the wall as he was hoping the man would overlook him with his drunken eyes and just walk pass him - but the shadow did not move an inch since it appeared. The man was just standing still, shading the light from a pubs window that must have been in the wall near him, creating the only sign of his existence for Timmy. Just standing still. < In one moment a short scream of terror sliced through the night and the shadow vanished. Timmy's heart was trying to make a way through his chest at that moment. Something was not right... < Timmy slowly made four steps to reach the corner just to peek a little bit behind it - but when he did so, he saw nothing, only the proposed window, that was projecting a square of shimmering torch light on the boards of the pier. And silence, no track of the man. < He slowly moved back to the safety of the dark, wondering if his head did not dream the whole situation up and turned his head back - only to stare into a crimson mouth wreathed with four huge claws, just an inch away to touch his nose...

Passive: The Delicious taste of blood Every third basic attack against the same enemy heals Vai'Tis for 0.8 of damage dealt.
Q: Ambushing attack Vai'Tis hides in a wall for 4 seconds (can be interrupted by movement command). While hidden, Vai'Tis is Invisible and immobilized. His vision radius is reduced, but if the wall is thin enough, he's able to see both sides of it and also leave on any side of it. Leaving a wall grants 85/120/155/190/225 (+0.7 AP) (+0.8 AD) bonus magic damage on next basic attack. Q: Ambushing attack's animation can be cancelled by casting E: Void slither. Cost: 60/55/50/45/40 mana CD: 10/10/10/9/9 s. Range: 300
W: Cut their escape Vai'Tis uses a splitted part of his body to build an impassable wall that lasts 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 seconds. Casting W: Cut their escape while hidden in a wall does not reveal him (although his destination is clear by the time he does it). Cost: 80 mana CD: 20 s. Range: 800
E: Void slither Vai'Tis dashes in a direction, dealing 60/80/100/120/140 (+0.5 AP) (+1.0 AD) physical damage to all targets he passes through. If a wall is left using E, E's cooldown is reduced to 0.25 s. Cost: 60 mana CD: 16/15/14/13/12 s. Range: 600
R: Invincible predator Vai'Tis spreads his body, becoming untargetable, invulnerable and immobilized for 1.25/1.75/2.25 s. and slowing all enemies standing on it by 30%. He can reactivate the ability to form again on any spot of it, otherwise he appears in the middle again after the duration. Cost: 100 mana CD: 80/60/40 s. Range: selfcasted/650

#Commentary
So this is Why This - I mean, Vai'Tis, I hope you enjoy this champion concept. The first idea for this champion was the Q mechanic and the "ambushing predator waiting patiently in a wall" fantasy with having an option to play both as a Skirmisher (AD) DPS and as an Assassin (AP/AD) burst. I went for a Void champion because I think it fits the dimension-crossing style of spells and for a Bilgewater because it matches the sea monster look and also is an original combination of the factions.
