Pool Party Skins?

Idea for pool party skin:

Pool Party Pantheon Spear replaced with pool noodle Shield replaced with boogie board Helmet replaced with diving cap and goggles Wearing a speedo and nothing else (so business as usual for Mantheon)

Q flings the pool noodle with a splash visual effect on hit W rides a wave on the boogie board towards the target so Pantheon can pound them with it E is largely unchanged except the visual has some splashy effects R buildup summons a tall diving board that Pantheon climbs up, hops on and leaps into the air; impact has him doing a cannonball complete with huge splash wave effect

The passive shield should have rubber duckies circling him, too.

There have already been a set of five characters with pool party skins. I think the pool party line is over. It would be really cool to see more though, like pool party thresh with a live saver as his lantern.

I think there is room for more pool party champs. However it's the wrong time of the year for one and the skins team has limited resources.
