[REWORK CONCEPT] Vayne, the Night Huntress

Gadgets-using, practical bolt-ridden wristbow-utilizing, merciless and zealous night huntress with werewolf complex, putting her to test of whether she would be willing to end herself If she is what she hunts. Combination of batman, wolfman and van helsing.
Many years ago, two brothers were wandering around the world, learning what they can from mysterious Runes. Fobias and Deimore. Their experiments ended tragically as they destroyed their bodies and became pure arcane energy, seeking to stabilize theirselves. During Rune Wars, both of them regained sentience, becoming demons. One nocturnal demon compensating lack of physical form by occupying visions of sleeping, turning them into nightmares. The other seeking safe haven deep behind the consciousness of those awake, peaking now and then to show them the greatest horror to face is one's hypocrisy and past decisions.
After millenia, leaving one body left insane from his touch to enter another, Sceleturne found new host within experienced shamaness scared of the idea how many of those she has condemned were innocent. He resided in her body until she was fatally wounded by her student, a young woman named Vayne.
Vayne was growing up as aristocratic daughter of influental parents from noble Damacian houses. While spoiled like princess when her parents watched, she prefered reaching rooftops and watching night lights of her city whenever she could, wishing for a chance to escape the prison of aristocratic life.
And that wish came true when both her parents were seduced and killed by a demoness preying on lust of her victims. Vayne would be her victim too, but thanks to her innate lack of interest in things sexual, there was no form the demoness could take to seduce Vayne. Realizing that, the demoness ran away in fear of what Vayne is.
Seeing that Vayne didn't devote her parents single tear during funeral, witnessing her cold heart incapable of feeling deep emotions, a man who introduced himself to Vayne only as The Father invited Vayne to join secret group of crusaders seeking to eradicate any form of magic from the world.
The Golden Cross used to be prominent military force of Damacia, but as ages went by, too many people became less zealous towards magic, until the very king of Damacia was rumored to meddle with beings of supernatural origin. Facing open critique of their "archaic methods" and "inhumane extremism", the Cross chose to officially dismatle themself and work in shadows. While Damacians still actively protested against support of magic and feared it, many chose exile or segregations as methods better than inquisition and execution. The Cross dismissed these as Damacians becoming blind to severity of the threat that magic is and considered themself the sole unappreciated shield defending Damacians from the vile arcane.
The Father knew that the pinnacle of magic's corruption were demons who abused human emotions against them. Knowing this, he studied human brain and heart for years, using chemicals on political prisoners seeking to create beings of no emotions he called frigomants. He even had spies watch life of rouge Zaunite scientist who was rumored to being able to remove his emotions, only to find the rumors exagerated. While unsuccessful in forging them himself, he found a natural frigomant in Vayne, born with defect that made her immune to emotions. A human immune to demons. A perfect weapon against them.
For years, Vayne was trained by the best of the Cross to learn how to use veil of night to recognize, hutn down and execute demons or anyone being even mildly touched by magic. Until she learnt that her teacher herself was using shamanistic powers to aid her. Disgusted by her, she chose to hunt her former master. Facing death from zeal of her own student and seeing the demon's vision of her young self in Vayne, the shamaness succumbed to madness, allowing Sceleturne to feed on her soul and leave her body to find new host in Vayne.
Thus, the biggest hunt of Vayne's life began. It started few days after she killed the shamaness. Vayne found doubt in her own actions that she never felt before, leaving her in situations where she nearly died on many occasions. But she didn't die, even though she never could remember how. She would always wake up feeling stronger than before with no recollection of past hours only to return to feelings of doubt again. At the same time, a series of vicious crimes were commited, brutal murders seemingly done by vile creature of magic.
Having no doubt a demon is responsible for the actions, The Father assigned now prepared Vayne to investigate the scenes and hunt down the demon. Neither The Father nor Vayne realized how close the create they were hunting was.
In the meantime, Sceleturne faced consequences of the biggest mistake of his life. Possesing Vayne's body felt like many times before, until he realized he could not find any regret or remorse within her soul he could use. There was nothing in Vayne's soul. Without regret, there was no insanity to be induced. And without it, he would be forever trapped inside her.
Only whenever Vayne was on verge of death she was weak enough for him to take control so that he could save her, as should Vayne die, so would he. Abusing these moments to commit hidious crimes, Sceleturne began scheme of his own, a quest to make emotions of conscience where there are no emotions.
ABILITIES
PASSIVE: Instruments of the Night
Each final item that isn't boots or consumable and doesn't provide Armor, Magic Resistance or Health while providing Attack Speed, Attack Damage or Critical Strike Chance provides Upgrade Slot. Vayne can purchase Upgrade for 200g plus 100g per Upgrade up to 400g to fill the Upgrade Slot. If the item is sold, so is the Upgrade with 50% refund.
Each basic ability has two Upgrades that enhance it, but Vayne can only have one of the two, being able to get up to 3 Upgrades over the course of the game, selected from 6 possible Upgrades.
Q: Tumble
20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 Mana 6 second cooldown
Vayne tumbles short distance in target direction. If Vayne hits wall while tumbling, she gains 20% / 30% / 40% / 50% / 60% Attack Speed for 4 seconds.
UPGRADE Catmaiden Boots: Distance tumbled larger. UPGRADE Swiftshadow Boots: Tumble has two charges, 1 second cooldown in-between casts.
W: Silver Bolts
No Cost 8 / 7.5 / 7 / 6.5 / 6 second cooldown
Vayne marks nearby targeted enemy champion or large monster for up to 6 seconds. Next three basic attacks against them deal bonus true damage equal to 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 +5%BonusAD. The third attack detonates the mark dealing bonus true damage equal to 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 +10%BonusAD. Can deal up to 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 +25%BonusAD bonus true damage.
UPGRADE Hexabolt Wristbow: Applies for 6 basic attacks, with the third and the sixth detonating outer and inner mark. Can deal up to 300 +50%BonusAD bonus true damage. UPGRADE Crippleshot Wristbow: Detonating the mark slows the target by 40% for 0.5 seconds.
E: Condemning Mine

Vayne throws mine onto nearby targeted location on the ground or on the wall. Mine placed on the wall only works on one side of the wall (the area of effect isn't entire circle), but can grab an enemy to the wall.
It takes 0.5 second cast-time to throw the mine and 0.5 second delay for the mine to be ready. Stays for up to 2 seconds. Grabs the nearest enemy with the lowest Health prefering enemy champions and large monsters. The grab pulls the enemy short distance towards the mine over 0.25 second and deals 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 +50%BonusAD physical damage.
If the enemy is grabbed to wall, they take the damage again (deals up to 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 +100%BonusAD physical damage) and are stunned for 0.5 second.
UPGRADE Rapidvolt Core: The enemy is grabbed all the way to the center or the wall over 0.5 second. UPGRADE Hypercoil Core: The stun lasts 1 second. The cooldown is decreased by 2 seconds.
R: The Demon Within
100 Mana 60 / 50 / 40 second cooldown after the effect ends
While below 40% / 50% / 60% Health, Vayne can succumb to the demon within herself and let him take control. The demon can hold control for up to 10 seconds, which passes twice as fast while Vayne is above 40% / 50% / 60% Health, and is increased by 5 seconds for enemy champion takedowns. During this time, she gains set of boosts (+) and penalties (-).
Vayne can reactivate this ability to free herself of the demon's control prematurely, but that happens over 1.5 second cast-time. No cast-time If the effect simply expires.
+ Gains 10% Movement Speed when moving towards enemy champions with Maximum Health larger than Vayne plus 5% Movement Speed for each 400 Maximum Health more than Vayne has up to 20% boost. + Becomes Invisible while tumbling towards enemy champion. + Gains 15% Attack Speed per stack on marked enemy up to either 30% Attack Speed (vanilla) or 75% Attack Speed (with Hexabolt Wristbow). + Mine's range is doubled.
- Slowed by 2.5% when moving away from enemy champions per nearby enemy champion up to 10% penalty. - Tumbling into wall roots Vayne for 0.5 second. - While an enemy is marked, lose 10% Bonus Attack Damage. - Mine takes additional 1 second to get ready.
