Not only does Rugged Garen seem to fit the RPG motif, it would also complete the skin-line by adding a top laner.
a rioter said that rugged garen is apart of the skin line but they made the other ones a lot later
kind of like pool party ziggs and then next year they made 5 of them

Garren simply make the party full:
Top - Garren
Mid - Ryze
Bot - Varus and Braum
Jungle - Gragas
I say that should bump Gragas to the right and add Rugged Garen in doing the same pose.
It's funny how it looks like the RPG group look like D&D 3.5 and Rugged Garan look like he's from Exalted or Pathfinder.
