Not only does Rugged Garen seem to fit the RPG motif, it would also complete the skin-line by adding a top laner.

Hatless Casual2 votes3.5 had a lot of supplement books for varying story telling styles from brutal dark medieval stories to Disney, Pathfinder tends to be more mature in tone but leaves a lot of openness to whatever the GM wants to do.
That and Pathfinder has a really in depth character creation system.
