Slight Gnar change for player interest
I understand the concept was to have him change with little control. I wondered if players wouldn't like gnar better if his ult in his normal form would instantly give him 30/40/50 rage but his abilities and attacks generate less fury. casting R in mini form wouldn't put it on cool down for mega form. This will allow players to better plan his change and maybe catch other players of guard. I think that you may have to scale down some of mega Gnar's dmg and scale up mini gnar some to compensate but I believe it could be a good balance.
