The hex tec skins are not worth the price

When they introduced the idea of skins better than ultimate skins I was hyped. I never planned on getting one but I thought they would be a cool addition to the game. But after getting ten gem stones, as a vayne player I obviously got soul stealer vayne and I was dissapointed to find out it was only a semi legendary skin. They are given the title of "mystic skin shard" and valued the same as an untimate skin in hex tec crafting but they don't even change as much as a legendary skin. I feel like Riot should have but more time into the Mystic skins. Hex tec annie and and dreadnova darius are cool skins even if they are only semi legendary, but I feel like soul stealer vayne was a real let down.
