What do people think of Fiora
I know most of the league community hates Teemo and Riven. I haven't gotten a feel for what people think of Fiora is she annoying or do most people like playing against her.

Exactly... just annoying to play against. But you know, we wn't see many QQ about her, because ATM it's Graves/ADC in general/yasuo/trynda OP
I don't have a problem with playing against her personally.
Most of my problem with Fiora revolves around her passive. Because where the vulnerable mark will occur is random, you can get zoned or combo'd out of lane very easily for no skill on the Fiora's part; just good luck on her passive procs. I would like to see some changes made to her passive where her actions dictated where vulnerable marks would appear, so both the Fiora and her opponent could play around it. In addition, I wouldn't mind there being some small cool down on revealing vulnerable locations if one is proced; it already heals her, gives her movespeed, and does % max health true damage. Does it need to come up immediately after you just popped one?
I'm also not a fan of how easy her Q is to use; it very specifically and cleanly hits exactly what you want to hit at any given time; its feels like too much of the ability is just taken care of for you. Best comparison I can think of is Ezreal's E. This targets the closest target to ezreal when he blinks. Applying Fiora's Q mechanics to Ezreal's E would mean that Ezreal first targeted things he could kill, then champs, then minions. It just feels too easy to use.
