I love playing Kalista or at least I used to but she's so weak now that shes not fun to play. My question is if she is so bad right now why aren't they looking at her and trying to buff her even a tiny bit. She got the championship skin and then riot was like f*ck her. I honestly don't get it, why let her stay so weak?
This has already been explained. There are currently discussions going about what direction Kalista should be taken in. Until the balancing team decides on what is good and what is bad about Kalista's kit, she will remain in her current state.

She has the ability to attack while moving and you want to make that stronger?
Because her passive breaks the rest of her kit and forces her to stay weak.
