I love playing Kalista or at least I used to but she's so weak now that shes not fun to play. My question is if she is so bad right now why aren't they looking at her and trying to buff her even a tiny bit. She got the championship skin and then riot was like f*ck her. I honestly don't get it, why let her stay so weak?
Sexy Jack Rabbit2 votesThis has already been explained. There are currently discussions going about what direction Kalista should be taken in. Until the balancing team decides on what is good and what is bad about Kalista's kit, she will remain in her current state.
Navarune1 votesTo expand on this a bit, Riot has stated that when she's strong, she's too strong--as in crowds out all other options. She's one (like Azir) that has no middle ground, so they've got her in a spot that's not hurting the state of the game in order to give her kit a good look so they can straighten it out.
Sexy Jack Rabbit1 votesPersonally I really dislike her whole Oathsworn mechanic, imo should just remove it. Make her Ultimate the same, but a point and click ability where she can pick any Ally. I feel like removing the Percent health bs and the Attack speed boost, but instead allowing her to throw your teams Mega Gnar into the enemy is a fair trade off. It's not like ADCs need Percent Health damage to kill tanks.
