Soraka's old splash arts need improvement(s)

Hi, this is my first discussion. I'm from Garena/Indonesia server.

I'd say that Soraka's old splash arts are pretty old. (Ex: Classic Soraka, Dyrad Soraka, Divine Soraka) So can Riot improving her old splash arts please? Not VGU (Pleasee don't), but her splash arts. Because I've Divine Soraka skin, but it makes Soraka seems the most boring support in LoL. That's why I want the old skins need some improvement(s).
