Passive: (Destruction mode): When Darkstar successfully crowd controls an enemy champion she grows aetherial wings of blue fire and begins to fly. While flying: Darkstar gains 5/10/15/25 movement speed, ignores unit collision, and can activate Q2, W2, E2, and her ultimate. She lands after 5/8/10/12 seconds of entering destructio mode. (improves at levels 1/6/11/16) When landing: Darkstar gains a 25/40/65/80 health shield for every ability on cooldown. Darkstar cannot enter destruction mode again for 10/9/8/7 seconds. (improves at levels 1/6/11/16)
Feared tyrant: All allied champions from the void gain 10% attack speed/attack damage/ability power while near Darkstar (2000 range).
Q: Summon: Claws: Darkstar fires a bolt of darkness from each hand which travel 750 units in a target direction before combining and opening a portal to the void. Giant claws grasp from the portal after .25 seconds snaring every unit above the portal for .75/1/1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds. Both the beams and the claws deal magic damage.

Q2: Dimension shield: Darkstar spins around opening a portal which traps her inside a small circlular portal becoming untargetable but immobile and incapable of basic attacks or casting spells for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds. The hands of the damned scratch viciously from the portal at enemy units who draw near dealing magic damage. Darkstar's destruction mode timer does not go down while Darkstar is immobile.

W: Specified destruction: Darkstar slices the air in a circular fashion around a targeted enemy dealing magic damage to every unit hit and bonus true damage to the targetted unit if it gets hit after a short delay (.5 seconds). Units hit are also slowed by 35/37.5/40/45/50% for .75/1/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.

W2: Orbital explosive: Darkstar creates a sphere of darkness with 4 smaller spheres of darkness orbiting it. Her next auto attack causes the spheres to errupt dealing aoe magic damage. If no target is auto attacked within 5 seconds the spheres detonate in Darkstar's hand dealing aoe damage around her.

E: Summon: Jaws: Darkstar channels for 1.25 seconds before creating a massive portal in front of her. After a short delay giant jaws close in from either side stunning every target hit dealing magic damage.

E2: Rift Slice: Darkstar uses her infinite psychic powers to cut through anything in a small area up to 5000 units away. If Rift Slice misses Darkstar instantly lands and cannot enter destruction mode for 20 seconds.

R: Gigantor meteor; leveler of worlds: Darkstar channels for 1 second before creating a giant sphere of darkness for another 1 second before launching it in a target direction. It explodes after hitting an enemy champion or by reaching the end of its range leaving a giant puddle of burning ground. Darkstar gains 25/50/75% damage reduction while inside this puddle of flame. While inside the meteor minions and monsters take 500/750/1000 + 180% ap ratio per second.

Basically the main theme was that Darkstar has two modes. Her normal mode is meant to cc and do decent damage and if she does that successfully she enters her second mode which is meant to do massive burst damage. I think the numbers on her main mode is a bit too high and her ult is probably the biggest aoe burst in the game so the numbers could definitely be reduced but i like the theme I did with Darkstar.
