Creation: Make a champion who has an easier time to last hit

After ivern is released, I saw a thread who someone said, Riot should release more easy to play champions. Actually i will play Ivern because his clears are so easy. Additinally make a champion who has an easier time to last hit, maybe make that when a minion has 50% health he kills it instandly - this will result in strong pushing power, maybe make him weaker in other abilities then, but for new and unskilled players like me, i would play him all the time, if the last hitting would be easier

Edit: Personally i had an Ad carry in mind, but for an other lane it would be nice too i guess

Do they have this ability? Just asking out of interest, didn't know that (think panth crits when champs have below 15% health or somehting, but does it work for minions too?; and what do the other 2 have?)

Annie's q will fully refund mana cost and half of cooldown when it kills a target, and zed's passive is contempt for the weak and basically does what you described. past a certain percentage of health he does extra damage. And yes pantheon's crit passive also applies to minions .

Maybe i will try pantheon then, or zed. But still i would like an ad carry with that ability too

Play caitlyn then, her headshot passive makes it super easy to last hit. Or you could play ezreal and use his q to get the auto resets you need.

Lulu? her Pix, Faerie Companion shoots like 3 bolts? even if your auto miss, pix should clean it up. Also look at other players and see what they do to insure last hitting, its different for everyone and every champ, and also a core mechanic of the game. just making an "executioner" type champion that just finishes off minion below 5% health, has to have some reason for it. come up with a concept an idea and maybe the community can pitch in ;)
