ARAM matchmaking; finally figured it out

Finally after years, i kind started to understand how the matchmaking works. I used to wonder, why when I win a lot my team mates get worse and worse. And i used to think that the reason behind it is, that i reached top tear aram and that there are no stronger opponents. But now after playing with top tear aram players the reason is simple that i did start to reach the higher end of the aram rankings. with like 1900 -2k elo, you will generally have a higher chance to get teammates with less elo then you. and when you want to win it is not enough to play well, but you have to make the calls. Decide who to attack, build the important key items for the team (heal reduction, penetration), after a certain point it is important to know what your comp does, and what the key to the opposing team is. I just found it interesting, because i was like, these guys play worse and worse I'm not going to carry them. But its not a general carry it is to lead them and then its fun
