@Riot Question about Yorick Rework Delay

The link above shows that Ryze is the next rework, but I remember a little bit ago it was a yorick rework after the mage rework. As a yorick main this makes me a little sad ( Mostly cause I want that visual update XD), what made you guys decide to move him after ryze? My thoughts were maybe that he is obviously really hard to balance which makes him needed to rework ASAP, or maybe the new mage items made him over powered(Haven't played league much since update so idk if he is). Finally is there a possibility that you guys will delay him again for like a warwick update, I hope this isn't the case.

(Give me a legendary skin to buy with the yorick rework :P) <--- Don't let him be more unloved than amumu ;-;
