Taric perspective: champion feel

Alright so let me start by saying this is an 'in my opinion' post just to make things clear.
Okay, so a long while ago back when I was still learning the game I picked up Taric as a support to deal with the fact that Blitzcrank was always banned and I needed a more common support to play. Grabbed Taric since he seemed like a neat champ but he felt kinda bland as a character and he fell to the bottom of my champion pool kinda quickly.
Now with talk about his update being worked on I wanted to offer some perspective on how I think players should feel while playing the gem knight. To give some insight I can kinda get the whole 'fabulous' thing Taric might be going for. I want to push for this because it is honestly a great feeling if it can be pulled off right. I'm a masculine guy, but I like to feel pretty since it's fun and a few times with help from friends I've gone full drag. It's a good feeling; knowing your fabulous and feeling empowered enough to punch out anyone who wants to put you down for it. This should be a fantasy for Taric players in my opinion.
You are beauty, you are grace, you are the guy with a massive hammer and you will bludgeon anyone that wants to make you feel bad for caring about your appearance. Skin tight clothing with well placed armor might be a good way to go appearance wise. There was a thread I saw a while ago that outlined the look well, found here. Make his butt look good and have him well aware his butt looks good. Translate it into strength and charisma evident in his character. That's the kind of feel I think Taric needs.
If anyone wants anything clarified I'm hanging around, but the TL;DR is basically: make Taric a confident and awesome dude who take pride in his appearance because it empowers him. Make him truly outrageous ;)
EDIT: One thing I think should be added for clarity; you don't need to be homosexual to feel like this. Sexual identity should have nothing to do with his character.
