Cecily-Master of Beasts Primary role: Marksman Secondary: Tank LORE: Just a child when her parents were murdered in one of the many wars between the Demacian and Noxian armies, Cecily found herself on the run from a Noxian general, who vowed to kill every family member of his conquered enemies. Cecily escaped to a desert oasis when he finally found her. Equipped with only her family’s heirloom bow and a single arrow, she stood ready to fight to her death. As the Noxian general lifted his arm to throw his axe into her chest a huge rhinoceros charged out of the forest and put itself between them, taking the hit. While the rhino was down a beautiful bald eagle came soaring from the sky and scratched at the man’s eyes. While on the ground in agony a fierce white tiger came out of nowhere and tore his heart out. For what felt to Cecily like hours, all three of the animals just looked at her. And she knew they were hers. After years of training and increasing the connection between herself and her guardians, Cecily believed she was finally ready to avenge her family. After proving her skills she has been selected to join the League. She will not stop until every single Noxian is put into the earth.
At the start of the match you may select one of 3 pets which determines your passive as well as the nature of your abilities. You can choose between a white tiger, rhino, or bald eagle. PETS MAY NOT BE CHANGED DURING THE ROUND SO CHOOSE CAREFULLY. Passive--> Attunement: Based on your pet receive a permanent buff. White tiger: Every 10th attack reduces the CD of your abilities by 2 seconds. Rhino: Increases MR and Armor by 5. Eagle: Increased movement speed by 10%. While pets are not using abilities they are auto attacking (item effects are not given to pet auto attacks) Q--> Steady Fire: Root yourself in place for 5 seconds and send off a volley of shots in a targeted direction dealing reduced ad per hit on the same targets. Based on your pet has an additional effect. White tiger: Each victim of your shots bleeds for ad damage over 4 seconds. This bleed does not stack in length or damage but does renew to 4 seconds each time the target is hit. Rhino: Targets deal 12% reduced damage for 4 seconds starting at the end of steady fire. Bald eagle: Targets are blinded for 3 seconds. (12 sec cd) W-->White tiger: Stealth: Send your tiger into a stealth mode becoming untargetable for 6 seconds and greatly reducing its movement speed. First attack it deals does massive damage and removes them from stealth. ORCharge: Tiger charges toward a target to deal a massive attack. Immune to all loss of control during charge but takes 25% increased damage (18 sec cd). Rhino: Toughen Skin: For 5 seconds the rhino blocks all projectiles and takes 65% reduced damage. (20 sec cd) Bald eagle: Rake: Your eagle slashes at the earth. Any who cross it have their Attack Speed slowed by 10% and spell cd and casting time increased by 15% for 4 seconds. (15 sec cd) E-->Elevate: You and your pet increase in power. You deal 10% more damage. White Tiger’s attacks deal bonus damage and 20% of damage to initial target is applied to surrounding targets. Rhino’s attacks steal health. Eagles attacks slow all targets within 200 units of primary target by 20%. Lasts 6 seconds. (25 sec cd) R-->Return to me/Attack toggle LEARNED AT LVL 1 (Max range of pet from you is 1500) 20% of all damage taken by the pet is applied to you. Increased R reduces it to 17% then 14%. If pet reaches 0 hp you lose 25/20/15% current hp and pet is returned to full health. Rhino starting hp is 1800 (+50 per lvl) so 2700 by 18. Armor 45, Magic Resistance 45 Bald Eagle starting hp is 1500 (+35per lvl) so 2130 by 18. Armor 30, Magic Resistance 30 White Tiger starting hp is 1300 (+25 per lvl) so 1750 by 18.
