Dunkmaster Jarvan

Dunkmaster Jarvan is a great idea. Here's why- He is in need of a good skin. Darius has no competitors, and he really needs some competition. This skin is AMAZING. Jarvan is the KING of DUNK. His DUNK POWER is over 9000!

Here is a quick little drawing I made in paint. It's still in VERY early stages, so don't judge me.

Now, let me explain my masterpiece.

WHY THE LIGHTNING: We know Darius has the Fire effect, so why not give Jarvan the Lightning effect?
COLOR SCHEME: Darius=Noxus=Red+Black J4=Damacia=Blue+Gold WHY THE DISGUSTING FACE, BIG LEFT HAND, HUGE RIGHT MUSCLES: This was made in paint and also it's my first time doing this kinda stuff. HAIR: I wanted Jarvans hair to be cool, hip, and in the meta. CLOTHES: I wanted Jarvans clothes to look colorful, but not too colorful. I think the darker blues and gold look really good on him. The grey also makes a nice mix between all the colors. SHOES: ummm.......... BASKET: I'm not really sure what to do with the basket. I definitely will keep the lighting bolt though. (LOOK AT THE JARVAN LOGO! ISN'T THAT COOL?)

OK, now onto the good stuff: The Kit.

Auto: Usually he will attack with the backboard, and crit with the lightning bolt. Passive: He will hit them with the lightning bolt, sending a jolt of blue electricity ( the color of the bolt itself.) A circle timer will tell when it is back up. Q (without e+q combo): Jarvan thrusts the lightning bolt end ahead of him, blue sparks will fly of characters he hits, and will stay until the debuff ends. W: A purplish lightning shield surrounds Jarvan, and then bursts from him, sparks travelling the ground outward dealing damage. E: Jarvan will do his regular animation, but the lighting bolt will be glowing bright blue as it falls. When it hits the ground, purple lighting will erupt from the bolt, outward. E+Q Combo: Jarvan will set his E up and he will then jump and dunk it if he contact it with his Q. I think this is super cool and would be the best part about using this skin. R: He dunks them. With a ball. WIth a lightning- Lightning- LIGHTNING BOLT BALL!!! A bold, large circle will appear in the area hes has (cataclysed?) signalling out of bounds. Little electric shocks (white, blue, and purple) pulse throughout the zone.
