[restart]Gunvei,the healer of rivers and lakes

I decided to restart some of my concepts, I hope it will be better=]

[LORE] Gunvei is a kind spirit in the form of a large old turtle who knows everything and everything, all diseases and antidotes. Healing algae: Gunvei creates a small puddle in which gradually grow healing algae, which, when pressed with the left mouse button, heal the ally 30% of the missing stock of health.

River Current: after using the ability of healing algae, Gunvei can create a river current that moves along straight lines and repels enemies back by inflicting magical damage.

cost:50 mana. cooldown:15/14/13/10.

[W]pearl of harmony / pearl of unbalance:

Pearl of harmony: Gunvei creates a pearl of harmony that is next to ally for 15 seconds and restores mana to it by 15%.

Pearl of imbalance: after using the Pearl of Harmony, Gunvei can throw in straight lines Pearl imbalance at enemy which deals magical damage and reduces the enemy's movement speed by 10%.

cost:60 mana. cooldown:24/20/17/15.

[E]century armor / river conductor: Century armor: Gunvei stands on quarters and creates above himself a large shell that withstands from 500 units damage, for one Gunvei gets a shield that scales from the health reserve (when Gunvei rises on all fours, he becomes slow and can not use skills).

The river conductor: after using the Century armor, Gunvei uses the "River conductor" ability as follows: Gunvei dives into the water, showing only his head and shell to the surface, any ally who presses it with the left mouse button, can move along with Gunvei at a noticeable speed.

cost:60 mana. cooldown:28/25/19/16.

[R]river blessing: Gunvei fills the earth in a yoga posture and around it appears a river current that heals allies and damages enemies. cost:100 mana. cooldown:150/100/70. radius effect:470.

Quotes: champion select:"Accidents are not accidental, follow me traveler I will show you the way" Ban champion:Well, I'll go get some tea.
