Should Riot create a "ally unit killing" ability in the future?

I have always found that the most effective way to beat an opponent is to ensure that they don't get any CS while in the lane, however even if one does manage to out push their opponent out of lane and under the turret their opponent can still get farm and gold to make their gameplay so much more efficient. I have always been a bit of a hater of Nasus and have always though, "why can't I kill my own minions to make sure he can't have them?" This has lead me to wonder if riot should create a champion with the ability to kill their own minions and steal their enemies CS. I know that this may be a long ways away from coming to life but I just can't help but wish and wonder if this should come to life. If anyone else would like to see this please comment and vote. If not, all the same. And if you wish to see a champion concept that already has this as a build look at my concept in the link provided.

Thank you for taking the time to look and comment Sincerely, Hozimina

They already removed this from old, old Gangplank. They sure as hell aren't bringing it back.

Absolutely not. If you want the ability to kill ally units to deny them from the enemy, go play Dota.

No. They removed old GPs ability to do that because it is considered toxic.

That already exists its called syndras w or e what ever the one grabs the winion bc I remember countless times when syndra's would pick siege minions and throw them at low allies and get them killed.Syndra

I can see the abuse much like a Friendly Fire Mode only you can't do anything back. But the best way to deny CS is to remove the enemy from lane as best you can.

I actually had a champ whose Q could kill allied mobs, but it did so by giving them a temporary attack speed and damage buff at the end of which they would explode, dealing damage in a small radius and not giving the enemy gold or XP.

I always was in favor of denying in MOBAs. However, it was removed in League because baddies couldn't handle the very simple mechanic and, thus, whined so loud Riot just decided to remove it entirely. It'd be pretty difficult to implement now due to how it's balanced, but when they removed GP's ability it was literally due to little babbies pooping their pants that they couldn't miss a CS.

Let that sink in for a minute because it's pretty sad.
