UNIQUE Passive: Gain 20% of the premitigation damage dealt to champions as Blood Charges, up to 100 - 250 max. Healing or shielding another ally consumes charges to heal them, up to the original effect amount. UNIQUE Passive - Dissonance: Grants 5 ability power for every 25 % Base Health Regen you have. Disables Harmony on your other items. (Maximum amount of Blood Charges stored is based on level.)

Currently this item is... lets say, 'very strange'. It's an item intended as a nitch supports. It's ONLY beneficial for champions with a heal/shield ability (or item), but what it rewards is Offensive play. This is weird because, even though the item's "payoff" requires damaging champions, it does n't really help you do that. Instead it helps you heal. This is a kind of lateral thinking that many supports are used to, but which does not feel terribly rewarding.

Even beyond this, it feels Thematically wrong that the "unholy grail", or defiled holy item, would heal people at all. I understand that it's been pushed as an 'offensive support item', but the way that has been done feels totally off theme.

##I propose... Make the item a risky, but super-high payoff item. Make it an item for Enchanters--people who heal and shield all the time--who want to take a risk and go murder somebody. (most likely to capitalize on a snowballing game, but possibly in other cases too)

UNIQUE Passive - Forsaken Trust: disable %heal and shield power on all your items. Your Spells and attacks burn enemy champions over 3 seconds, dealing magic damage equal to 1/3 your total heal and shield power, per second (30% heal and shield power --> 10 damage per second). Subsequent attacks and spells cause the duration to be extended 2 seconds, up to a maximum of 10 seconds. > UNIQUE Passive - Harmony: grants bonus %heath regen equal to your bonus %mana regen.

And how much would that be? Shield and heal power is calculated in percentages.

Crazy! Sounds great though.

So 1/3 of total heal and shield power is equal to 33% so that would turn a healer to a burn mage. I love it.
