Champion Concept: Llyra, the Enchantress
Came up with this idea after reading an interesting thread on Taunts. The thread gave me the idea for one of the abilities, and then I tried to think of a theme that could go with it. Here's what I ended up with.
Llyra is a support with low damage by herself (although she can poke with W), but a lot of utility. She is usually rather squishy, but could maybe be built as a tank (although it would be more of a gimmick build than anything). She relies on her crowd control (Q and R) and her utility (W, E, and passive) to help her team, and usually does better in teamfights than in 1v1 or 2v2 scenarios.
Abilities:
Passive - Bolster Will: Every third spell cast, Llyra empowers all nearby allies' next autoattack. The enhanced autoattack does 110/113/116/120% damage (at level 1/6/11/16) and heals them for half the damage dealt.
Q - Temptation: Llyra fires a skillshot that deals (65/80/95/110/125 + 0.5 AP) magic damage and charms the target for 1.5/1.75./2/2.25/2.5 seconds. (Costs 80/90/100/110/120 mana, 14/13/12/11/10 second cooldown)
W - Enchantress's Will: On ally cast, shields for (80/100/120/140/160 + 0.6 AP) and grants (1/1.5/2/2.5/3)% bonus AD and AP for 5 seconds. On enemy cast, does (80/100/120/140/160 + 0.6 AP) damage and slows by 25% for 3 seconds. (Costs 60/65/70/75/80 mana, 10 second cooldown)
E - Ragemark: Llyra marks a target enemy champion, causing 2/3/4/5/ALL nearby minions or neutral monsters to attack that target for 5 seconds. Also, the marked champion takes (2 + 0.01 AP)% increased damage from all sources EXCEPT Llyra. (Costs 75/85/95/105/115 mana, 15 second cooldown)
R - Aura of Terror: Llyra fears enemies in a wide radius (Similar range to Zyra's ult) for 1/1.25/1.5 seconds, and deals (150/175/200 + 0.6 AP) magic damage. (Costs 150 mana, 100/90/80 second cooldown)
Ability Interactions:
Passive: This is an on-hit effect. Therefore, it will be applied by autoattacks, Runaan's Hurricane, Ezreal's Q, Gangplank's Q, and similar abilities. Llyra does grant this buff to herself. The buff will also affect Shaco's clone, Leblanc's clone, or Wukong's clone, but only Shaco's clone can actually use it.
Q: Does hit minions.
W: Can only target champions. Can be self-cast.
E: Chooses the strongest minions/monsters first.
The mark WILL draw aggro from: Melee minions, caster minions, cannon minions, super minions, any jungle camp, Heimerdinger's turrets, Zyra's plants, Malzahar's voidlings (unless another target is affected by Malzahar's E or R), Yorick's Q, W, and E ghouls, Elise's spiderlings, Shaco's boxes (Boxes will un-stealth and apply the fear if they are stealthed and within attack range), the Dragon, and even BARON NASHOR (if the target is within its attack range). Immobile units that are not close enough to attack will not count towards the limit at ranks 1-4.
The mark will NOT interact with: Azir's Sand Soldiers, Elise's Volatile Spiderling, Maokai's Saplings, Zed's Shadows, Viktor's Chaos Storm, Swain's raven, Lulu's Pix, Annie's Tibbers, the ghosts from Yorick's ultimate or Mordekaiser's ultimate, Shaco's clone, Leblanc's clone, Wukong's clone, Azir's Sun Disc, or any tower.
R: Enemies will run from the center of the ability, NOT Llyra's location.
Lore:
Llyra always got what she wanted. Even as a child, she could influence the emotions of others. If she wanted someone to like her, they did. If she wanted someone to be afraid, they were. As an adult, Llyra traveled the world, manipulating leaders into taking the actions she wanted - with a great deal of success. However, there are two nations she has been unable to affect: Demacia and Noxus. Now, Llyra has stepped out of the shadows and is a much more visible force in Valoran's politics. If the minds of their leaders are shielded from her, Llyra will fight on the Fields of Justice to get her way.
Feedback is appreciated and I will make edits in the future. Thanks!
