Introverted Champion design based around splitting/assassinating
First thing i'd like to say is that there is no way a champ not directly based on teamwork will be added since that is a main part of league.
Just throwing this out there; you can support your team from behind the scenes, pull some crazy duels out of your ass, use situational insane mobility to juke opponents, and use the common feelings of being used and tossed away that Karogar and minions share to unite and take down the enemy structures.
I'd also like at least a champ that is similar to this design. I don't think an introverted champ has been designed yet (at least it wasn't a main part of their character)

Karogar, The Heroic Criminal
Passive: Savior in the Shadows: Karogar hates crowds and values his loneliness, losing 10% of his attack damage for every allied champion within 2000 units. However all allied minions within 1000 units gain a power increase as they have been considered worthless or been taken for granted just as much as Karogar himself has been. They rally around him gaining 1-18% attack speed (based on Karogar's level) and 3-54 on-hit magic damage (based on Karogar's level). This bonus is doubled on siege and super minions.
Q: Execute Strike: Karogar infuses his blade with hatred causing his blade to glow white and his next basic attack to deal 10/20/30/40/50 + 50% AD ratio + 5% enemy missing health ratio bonus magic damage on-hit. If this empowered attack kills an enemy unit Karogar gains 25 + 25% AD ratio movement speed for .25 + .005% AD ratio seconds.
Damage: 10/20/30/40/50 + 50% AD ratio + 5% enemy missing health ratio bonus magic damage on-hit Movement Speed boost from kills: 25 + 25% AD ratio movement speed Movement Speed duration: .25 + .005% AD ratio seconds. Empowered auto duration: 5 seconds
W: Blades of Deceit: Karogar's blade glows white while he aims his hidden blades. After a .2 second windup he launches several blades from beneith his robe up into the air which then fall .75 seconds later at a target location. The blades deal 100/120/140/160/180 + 100% AD ratio physical damage as they land and for the 3 seconds they remain on the ground they slow every target inside by 40% for .5 seconds and deal 15/30/45/60/75 + 20% AD ratio physical damage every half second. While inside the blades Karogar ignores 20% of his enemys' armor.

If Dillusion Blade doesn't kill the target Karogar has 2 seconds to activate his E2. If Dillusion Blade kills the target Karogar has 2 seconds to active his E3.
E2: Karogar flips very quickly in a target direction.
E3: Karogar blinks to a target direction becoming invisible for 1 second.
E1 Passive: If Dillusion Blade is used on a minion or monster half its cooldown is refunded.

R: Foretold Showdown: Karogar's blade glows white for .5 seconds before he throws off his caped robe fearing all enemy units within 600 units and blinding/silencing units between 601-1000 units for 1/1.5/2 seconds. For the next 4 seconds Karogar juggles 3 blades gaining 30% attack speed and the Chinngmail Armor passive. All enemy units gain true sight of Karogar for the duration and at the end of the duration Karogar becomes invisible for .25 seconds as he recovers his robe.
Chinngmail Armor: For the duration, 20/40/60% of the damage Karogar would have taken from basic attacks is negated and stored. Karogar's basic attacks consume this stored amount and deal bonus damage equal to the stored amount.

if anything needs to be removed it is probably that ult...so crazy... then again if he is going to split he needs some kind of duel potential so idk i'm not a scientist
