Items from the Shower

So, these are a few Item ideas I had in the shower, that I'd like to share.

Lich's Bane: (change) Same stats, but, the spellblade passive also gives a short, (2 teemos or so,) protobelt style dash in the direction of the auto attack target. Being based on protobelt, it cannot go over walls, ledges, or terrain.

It came to me, by thinking of how Tri-Force and Lich's Bane occupy the same niche of just damage, and how IBG differs. Note that Ekko would not be able to use this after his dash, as it would proc his dash's teleport which would be longer anyways. Possible abusers of this would be Kassadin, and Akali.

Support Gold Item #4: When attacking an enemy and doing 5% of their current health, for the next 1 second, all minion, and neutral monster gold gained my that enemy will be given to you instead at 10/20/30% value, (scaling with tier of upgrade.) The Tier Three Active would be something like an Attack Speed Slow.

It operates similar to Spellthief's, in that it requires the support to attack the enemy to generate gold, however, it's main purpose is to deny gold from the enemy carries. Possible Abuse cases to be found in Brand, and Annie.
