Crime, Punishment, and Transparency.

With all the "unable to recieve hextech rewards due to behavioral infractions" posts going around, it has brought to light a new issur that could use some attention.

That is to say, we need to be more clear on how Riot decide is a punishable offence, obviously these may be obvious most of the time, but there are nuances that could be ironed out. We also need more information on how exactly Riot is or is planning to punish infractions on these rules. Finally, probably the most topical thing, we need more transparency on what infractions do to your account.

Plenty of posts have been made by people who claim to have reformed, and for long periods of time, to find themselves unable to partake in this new system. Whether they are telling the truth or not doesn't matter at present, as there is no transparency about the system currently. Essentially leaving most of the playerbase either in the dark or worried they might have a mark against them they don't remember/know about.

I understand what you're saying, I agree some things aren't very clear with the report system. I think Riot should make a meter that shows your accounts current standing, gives you the a meter that raises gets closer and closer to a tier punishment every time you're reported. Also when you trigger a tier punishment it should ETA of when that tier might reduce (that would clear up the reformed thing that everyone is so confused about)

I agree. It sucks that after you've paid for your punishment you're still subjected to the "remember that one time you were mean?? XDDDDD" like we get it riot. How about instead of leaving us in the dark and constantly taking jabs you be more honest and give us an estimated timer or something on how long you plan on bullying your playerbase.
