Jarvan the Fourth or Jarvan the 4th would work, to defer the name from Jarvan IV

Anyways his flag could have an American flag instead, and other little details.

His Q would be a similar animation, his passive not much different maybe. His W definetly has potential, such as creating a waving flag for the particles or just a new color. His E would of course bring down the American Flag. And then his ultimate would look similar to now, except now he yells "DEMOCRACY!" at the end of it.

I wanna see astronaut J4. Where he wears a space suit and he leaves US flags like you said, but like the one they left on the moon. His ultimate could be him creating a moon-crater, and the animation would appear slower as if he were in zero g. His lance could be all modern and spacey too.
