[Champion Rework] Pantheon, the Artisan of War

Passively, if an enemy champion is below 30% health, Pantheon's abilities gain additional effects. Visible enemy champions below 30% of their health will show as marked to Pantheon, but enemy champions will only see the mark on themselves or others if Pantheon is visible. Actively, when Pantheon falls below 15% health, he gains the Aegis of Protection, for 5/7/9 seconds. While under the Aegis of Protection, Pantheon gains 15/20/25% movement speed, towards champions, and gains a shield for 20/25/30% of his max health.

Q: Spear Shot CD: 5/5/4.5/4.5/4 Cost: 45 Range: 675

Passively, hitting an enemy champion with Spear Shot, reduces the CD of Aegis of Protection, by 1 + (0.2 per lvl) seconds. Actively, Pantheon throws a spear in target direction, dealing 70/110/150/190/230 + (1.50 Bonus AD) physical damage, to the first enemy unit struck. When an enemy champion is below 30% health, this ability becomes targeted, dealing 30% + (5% per 100 AD) increased damage.

W: Zeonian Shield Bash CD: 15/13.5/12/10.5/9 Cost: 50 mana Range: 600

Actively, Pantheon dashes to target unit, dealing 60/85/110/135/160 + (0.10 Total AD) + (1.00 AP) magic damage, and slowing them by 80%, for 2 seconds. When an enemy champion is below 30% health, this ability also stuns for 1 second, and decreases the CD on Heartseeker Strike by 2/3/4/5/6 seconds.

E: Heartseeker Strike Active CD: 20/18/16/14/12 Passive CD: 18/16/14/12/10 Cost: 45/50/55/60/65 Range: 600

Passively, Pantheon's next basic attack will apply Grievous Wounds to the target, for 3 seconds. Basic attacks against champions decrease this passive's CD by 1 second per auto. Actively, Pantheon channels for 0.75 seconds, then slashing in front of him, dealing 70/120/170/220/270 + (0.90 Bonus AD) physical damage, and knocking back minions and small/large monsters. When an enemy champion is below 30% health, this ability will knock them back.

R: Grand Skyfall CD: 180/160/140 Cost: 100 Range: Global

Actively, Pantheon begins channeling and, after 2 seconds, leaps into the air and becomes untargetable. He then blinks to the target location and plummets down, striking after 1.5 seconds, becoming target-able, and dealing 150/300/450 + (0.60 AP) magic damage to all units within a 700 unit AOE. Units closer to the center take up to 100% increased damage. Once Pantheon lands, he gains 20/25/30% of his Total AD as Bonus AD, for the next 3/3.5/4 seconds. When an enemy champion is below 30%, they are slowed by 35/40/45%, for 1.5 seconds, if they are hit by Grand Skyfall.

I like this, not much of a change but seems good.

Actually I also posted couple weeks ago on a pantheon rework concept, I guess we can merge both ours and see how it would look like :D
