[E]bird's cage;Ira fires energy at the enemy, dealing magical damage and immobilizing the enemy for 3 seconds.

[R]forgotten song of birds;Ira lets out 5 ghostly birds which at a small distance which at updating of the enemy champion cause magic damage and charmed for 2.5 seconds.

I did not expect that the concept will come out so small, but that is what it is
