Champion concept: Chimera - The dawn of newterra
I've been making champion concepts for awhile but it seems like no really cares much about the actual concept and just cares about the kit. So I'm not going to waste my time with the history and lore and just present to you the kit. Unless people would like me to develop and flesh the character out.
Basic concept is a melee AP/FIGHTER android. Theme is an android assassin who's power comes from kinetic energy. Role is jungle/top
Passive- Robotics: After a spell is cast your next movement becomes a short range dash. You do not use mana but instead kinetic energy. Kinetic energy is gained by moving(including passive and e) and attacking. Kinetic energy is consumed as a recourse when casting spells. Kinetic energy is capped at a certain amount and gaining kinetic energy after being maxed out heals/repairs Chimera based on his max and missing health. Abilities can be cast even when kinetic energy is at 0% however doing so consumes health instead. Standing still slowly drains kinetic energy but will not drain below 1%(if attacking while standing still he will not lose any kinetic energy). Chimera is capped a certain amount of health and slowly reaches this cap as he levels to 18.
Q- Static Kuni: Chimera fires a small blade from its hand which pierces and sticks into the first enemy or terrain it hits. If cast using the full cost of kinetic energy, the blade causes lightening to explode outwards from the other end damaging all enemies in a cone shape and applies the status 'shocked' to all targets for a couple of seconds.
W- Reflectors: Chimera puts increased energy into his deflectors for a short moment. While active, all incoming damage to Chimera is reduced by a large % and then a smaller % of that damage is dealt back to his opponents. If a 'shocked' enemy is dealt damage from the reflectors, they are stunned for a brief moment (0.2 seconds).
Defence Systems: When kinetic energy is above 50%, Chimera takes % less damage from all sources. Chimera gains kinetic energy when receiving damage, this amount is increased if Chimeras Kinetic energy is below 50%.
E- Phantasm: Chimera travels to his static kunai, reducing its cooldown and generating kinetic energy. On arrival, deals aoe damage and creates a field plasma which grounds units. If at 100% kinetic energy after travelling, the radius and damage is increased. If activated while there is no static kuni present, Chimera instead sends out a phantom attack (looks like hes dashing forward and cutting through his enemies) made from kinetic energy, damaging all enemies in a line. If phantasm hits a champion the phantasm bounces back, and if caught, refunds half the kinetic energy (if at max kinetic energy, he will be healed respective of his passive).
R- Protocol, extermination: When activated, kinetic energy generation is quintupled and landing abilities lower their cool downs respectively by 90%. Abilities that hit a single target have increased damage, abilities that deal aoe damage slow enemies.
