Yes, you had a 14 day ban, which made clear you were on thin ice, and you continued to be a jerk to people.

The length of time you played doesn't matter. Your refusal to obey the rules does.

Was this the entire chat log that was presented to you when you attempt to log in (those chat logs tend to not show what champion you were playing)? Or was this the result of a support ticket and support pointed out a portion of your logs?

Because if it's the latter I would prefer the entire chat logs that are presented to you before I give a complete opinion.

If you were recently off a 14-day ban it can also explain the punishment being a perma. Things that normally give a chat restrict can give a perma-ban if you have punishment history already on your account.

if this is the full chatlog it doesn't warrant a permaban riot's just hyper triggered after your 14 days and you got got by it
